Avatar operates 9 group homes located in northern and central Rhode Island. Each home consists of 4 to 6 residents. We strive to make each residence a home that is personalized, attractive, and well maintained. Services are individualized and provided by Avatar’s exceptional team of Direct Support Professionals.

Some examples of the services we provide are community engagement, job coaching, transportation, diet, assistance with acts of daily living, recreation, complete medical supports, clinical supports, PT/OT/Speech therapy, and more.
